As a tutor and guest lecturer across international universities, I have designed and delivered undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and supervision across design subjects such as product and industrial deign, service design, design innovation and sustainable futures, information experience design, intelligent mobility, visual communication, fashion, and textile design. I have supervised postgraduate research and professional portfolio development as well as teaching and assessing across contemporary art practice, painting, print and sculpture.
My curriculum design and delivery philosophy is "go wild, not mild", and I encourage ethical risk taking in order to push the boundaries of discipline and discourse, creating new methodologies and critical lines of inquiry.
As my post-disciplinary practice spans discourses and sectors, we can discuss how my experience may align specifically with your goals. I have worked with companies and brands such as the LEGO Group, LEGO Education, Adidas, Levi, Kinder, Hallmark, and King Games.
I have worked with institutions such as Royal College of Art (London), University of the Arts London, Aalto University, Oslo Met, Designskolen Kolding, University of Gothenburg, Estonian Academy of Arts, and more.
Collaboration is at the heart of my work. I have had the honour to have collaborated on design research projects with LEGO, Vejle Hospital Denmark, Northside Festival, Trapholt Museum for Modern Art and Design, Koldingegnens Idrætsefterskole, International School Billund, International School Odense, and kindergartens and primary schools across Scotland. I also volunteer with an incredible project C'Nest Ci Pas for Young Hackney, a photography project that addresses accessibility and decentralises paid-for artistic education in order to engage young people in the arts.
